Fly Fishing Patagonia, Argentina: Affordable Float Trips, Junin de los Andes

How to use this blog?  Use the blog search engine and type in key words such as Float Trip, Walk-Wade, Float Tube, Lessons, Pesos, Fy Rods, Flies, Best Months, etc.  The search engine is located on the right side, just below the weather.  FYI, there are over 100 post about fishing Patagonia...the information you are looking for, is probably on this blog.  Thanks.

We offer two DIY float options/pricing, and we discount the rate for consecutive days!

DIY Traditional Float Trips

We call our float trips DIY because we offer our clients several pricing options.  We offer multi-pricing options because we believe our clients enjoy the freedom of choosing what meets their personal fishing and financial needs.  In the end, the net result of our pricing options, equals more floating days for you and your group.

What makes our float programs unique?  Contrary to what they say or what marketing B.S. you read, it's a known fact that all lodges and outfitters in the Junin de los Andes area float the same rivers; and no water in Argentina is private!  My point; we float the same rivers as the lodges and outfitters, but we do two things that significantly improves your time on the water.  If we had not employed these two tactics, the gentleman in the below picture would have not caught this fish.  Please inquire for more details.

One happy DIY float client!

Frequent DIY Float Trip Question & Answer

Q:  Does your DIY float program include a guide, or are we renting your raft?
A:  All of DIY float programs include a licensed, professional guide.  We do not rent our rafts to potential clients.  The term DIY float refers to our pricing options only.

Q:  Can I hire you just for float trips?
A:  Yes, of course.  Splitting the cost 50/50 with a buddy can make the daily price extremely affordable. Ask us about our extend float trip (more than 4 consecutive days) discount!

Q:  I really like the comfort and convenience of a lodge; can I find similar DIY accommodations in Junin de los Andes?
A:  Yes, of course.  Just because we promote DIY services, does not mean you sleep under a park bench.  We can help you secure lodging options that meet your personal and financial needs.

Q:  Can you send me more detailed information about your services.
A:  Yes.  One we receive a deposit, you will receive an in depth welcome brochure.  99.9% of all Q&A and pre-trip planning, will be in this document.

Final Word

In the Junin de los Andes area, as a business entity, we are competing against seven lodges and 100's of outfitters/guides. On a global scale, we are competing against 100's of travel-fishing destination companies, all selling the same fishing packages to these seven lodges, located in Junin de los Andes. Their business models are built upon the USA dollar and their daily programs are all the same.  On the contrary, our business model is built upon the peso 'blue' and the USA dollar (for more info, please read: http://firstcastflyfishing.blogspot.com.ar/2014/12/diy-fly-fishing-patagonia-argentina-us.html).  If you understand how the peso 'blue' works, you know that our model automatically saves you up to 50%.  Also, our fishing programs are unique because unlike the mass herds of lodge fisherman, we do things different; I guaranty that our float programs are different! Please inquire for specific details.

We simply want anglers of the world to know they have a choice.  We thank you for reading and we hope to see you in Patagonia.

Abrazos,

Mark
