New England Fly Fishing Lessons: Giving Back

Fly Fishing Lessons: $5 per Hour!

We believe, in order to get more people into the sport of fly fishing, you deserve the very best instruction, at the lowest price possible.  This is why we offer lessons based on a donation only fee system.  In other words, if you have a well paying job, do the right thing by paying the suggested minimum donations.  If money is tight, make a donation that works for you and your family.  It's that simple.

Beginner Casting Class Donation Rates

  • (1) Angler: suggested minimum donation is $20.00 per hour
  • (2-3) Anglers: suggested minimum donation is $10.00 per hour, per person
  • (4-6) Anglers: suggested minimum donation is $5.00 per hour, per person

Each year, I donate my services to a variety of non-profits, based in New Hampshire.  I do so because I get an enormous amount of satisfaction teaching; bringing new anglers into the sport; and most importantly, I believe in giving back to my community.  For example: I donate to Three Rivers Stocking Association and other fishy organizations. I also regularly donate to children, teen and women organizations. As well, I donate to NH Public TV and a handful or environmental groups.  I will continue donating my services for as long as I am able, and I encourage you to think about how you can volunteer to make your community a better place. Think about it this way:

I Work for Smiles

I realize folks need to work and make money; however, I think we can all agree that working for smiles is the greatest satisfaction one can achieve; it is for me.  Just take a look at the following photos.

I donate 4 hour beginner fly tying classes.  Catching a fish on a fly that you tied is among the greatest feelings and accomplishments.
My donations offer great mother and daughter moments.
I donate advance guiding services.
Family and friends taking advantage of my group donations.
A family event, and fly casting with grandma! You never know what may influence a child's life.
Helping organizations that offer one day retreats for people with health issues.
I bet they will remember mom for making this day happen.

Donations get children involved and help expose them to our environmental resources.
Priceless! Worth my FREE time, 365 and 24/7!

My Challenge to You, Put me to Work!

As many of you know, I am away from New Hampshire during the winter months. But, I am home for about eight months each year.  When I am home I do a great deal of community work, but I can easily do more.  So, I challenge you to put me to work, and you can do so by the following programs:

  • Please feel free to donate my fly casting, guiding, and fly tying services to any organization that is trying to raise money.  Spread the word throughout New England!
  • Take a look at my adult and youth DONATION only payment programs.  I am not sure you'll find another professional resource offering such high quality educational services for you and your community.

Gratitude

To all the non-profits and individual people who support my goals and give me a chance to give back, I thank you.  The smiles are worth it!

Thanks for reading.

Gone Fishing,

Mark
